The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which has a steel gas locker, there is a 4’ 6” self draining well deck with glazed, hardwood cratch frame and a zipped and studded vinyl cover. There are steel locker/seats to either side of the well deck, a removable table and a 12v light. The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings, cabin sides and hull sides are lined in Oak faced plywood panels, recessed and framed with Oak. All interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish. There are quality co-ordinated soft furnishings throughout.

Lounge 18’

Steel half glazed front doors, wood panelled internally open out onto the front deck with a step leading down into the lounge. Fixed Furniture: 1 x half height corner cupboard with bookcase and built in stereo radio/CD player. Wall mounted display cabinet. 2 x full height wardrobes. Deluxe ‘L’ shaped settee/dinette with sloping backs and storage space underneath the seats. The dinette converts into a double bed. Loose Furniture: Leather recliner chair. Lighting: 4 x large windows with drop-back openings. 8 x 12v, halogen down-lights.

Galley 8'2"

The galley has custom built units in Oak with white melamine worktops and ceramic tiled splash-backs. Base Units: 1 x double cupboard that extends into both corners. Full height oven housing with cupboards over and under. Fridge housing with matching door. Hinged table leaf underneath the side doors. Wall Units: Glazed double wall cupboard. 2 x shelves with brass fiddle rails. Appliances: New World, stainless steel, split level oven and grill. New World, stainless steel, four burner gas hob. 240v, Zanussi fridge. Twin round, stainless steel inset sink and separate drainer with a chrome monobloc mixer tap. Light: 1 x porthole with drop-back opening. 1 x set of steel side doors, wood panelled internally and traditionally decorated. 3 x 12v, halogen down-lights. Power: 4 x 240v sockets. 2 x 12v sockets. Flooring: Pine boards.

Shower Room 6’ 2” x 4’

The cabin shower room has a white suite comprising: Suite: Pentagonal shower enclosure with glazed door, gold effect mixer tap and shower attachment. Large vanity unit with porcelain wash basin, gold effect taps and a cupboard beneath. Thetford electric flush cassette toilet. Storage: Full height cupboard accessed from the corridor Light: 1 x porthole with drop-back opening and privacy glass and a further porthole in the corridor. 2 x 12v, halogen down-lights. 1 x 12v, ceiling mounted round light. Bedroom 9’ 4”

Furniture: 6’ 4” x 4’ fixed double bed with storage space beneath. 1 x full height double wardrobe. Over-bed shelf. Corner shelf Light: 2 x portholes with drop-back openings. 2 x 12v, halogen down-lights. 1 x 12v, ceiling mounted, round light. 2 x 12v, spot-lights mounted above the bed. Aft Cabin 3’ 10” & Stern 3’ 5”

Steps lead from the bedroom to the aft area where the engine and batteries are housed under the floor panels. All the hardware for the running of the boat are also housed in this area. There are storage cupboards to the starboard side.Steel stern doors, wood panelled internally and traditionally decorated with steel sliding roof hatch lead to the rear deck and steering position. Controls: The single lever engine control and the control panel are mounted just inside the stern doors on the port side. Light: 1 x 12v, bulkhead mounted florescent light. Flooring: Marine ply boards covered in anti-slip deck tread.

hopper style vents. 3 x portholes with drop-back openings.

GAS
2 x 13kg Propane cylinder housed in the bow locker, provides gas to the Hob, oven and grill.

WATER
100 gallon stainless steel water tank located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch and accumulator is located in the front wardrobe. Twin coil calorifier is heated by the diesel fired boiler and/or the engine heat exchanger.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the Bubble multi-fuel stove in the lounge and the Eberspacher diesel fired central heating boiler running 4 radiators.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was professionally painted when built using quality coach enamels and is in excellent condition. The boat was last docked for blacking in 2006. The hull is protected by four anodes.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owner.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Isuzu Marine 42 hp, 4 cylinder, marine diesel engine coupled to a hydraulic PRM hydraulic gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers two 12v alternators to charge the start battery and the 4 leisure batteries.

BOW-THRUSTER
Vetus 55 electric bow-thruster with controls at the stern.
