The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which has a steel gas locker there is a 5’1” open self draining well deck. The water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. There are steel lockers/seats to either side of the well deck and access to the bow-thruster. The headlamp is mounted on the front bulkhead.

Generic fixtures and fittings

Ceilings are lined with Oak veneered plywood to the centre and Oak tongue and groove to the sides. The cabin sides and hull sides are lined in Oak veneered plywood and trimmed with solid Oak. Full length under gunwale lighting. All interior wood has been sealed and varnished to a soft sheen finish. There are co-ordinated curtains or blinds to all windows. Flooring throughout is Oak effect Karndean flooring except in the bathroom where there is marble tile effect Karndean flooring.

Master Bedroom 11’ 6"

Furniture: Built in 5’ x 6’6” King size double bed with storage cupboards beneath. 1 x double wardrobe. 1 x large full height cupboard housing the washer/dryer and storage shelves. Over-bed cupboards. Shelves beside the bed. Lighting: 2 x large windows with top hopper style opening vents. 6 x 12v, halogen down-lights. 2 x 12v, halogen down-lights, mounted over the bed. Steel rear doors, wood panelled internally with a sliding roof hatch lead from the lounge to the cruiser deck where the engine is housed under lift up floor panels. There is a steel Taff rail/seat running around the stern. Controls: The column mounted single lever engine control is on the port side and the engine control panel is located on the aft bulkhead.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a 65hp Barrus Shire, 4 cylinder, water cooled, marine diesel engine with PRM gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers two 12v alternators to charge the start battery and four leisure batteries.

BOW-THRUSTER
Electric Bow-thruster with stern controls, powered by 2 x 12v batteries.

GAS
2 x 13kg Propane cylinders, housed in the bow locker, provide gas to the oven, grill and hob

WATER
The 330 gallon steel water tank is located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch and accumulator is housed in the front cupboard. 14 gallon twin coil calorifier is heated by the 240v emersion heater, diesel fired boiler and/or the engine heat exchanger.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the Webasto diesel fired boiler running 4 radiators.

ELECTRICS
240v circuit. 240v landline with RCD. 12v lights throughout protected by fuses. 2 x 12v, engine driven alternators 50 amp/hr and 160 amp/hr. 1 x 12v, 95 amp/hr engine start battery. 4 x 12v, 160 amp/hr deep cycle leisure batteries. 3kva pure sine wave inverter/charger. Battery management system.

FIRE SAFETY
2 x Dry Powder extinguishers 1 x Fire Blanket

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was professionally painted using quality coach enamels in when built and is in superb condition. The hull is protected by black bitumastic and 4 sacrificial anodes.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
