The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which has a steel locker, there is a 4’ self draining well deck with hardwood glazed cratch frame and a zipped and studded vinyl cover. There are steel locker/seats to either side of the well deck. The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler.

Generic fixtures and fittings

Cabin sides and ceilings are lined with painted plywood and trimmed with solid Oak. Hull sides are lined with light Oak veneered plywood and trimmed with solid Oak. All interior wood has been sealed and varnished to a gloss finish. Flooring throughout is Oak effect laminate except to the bathroom which has ceramic floor tiles. High quality, colour co-ordinated soft furnishings throughout.

Bedroom 10’

Steel front doors, 1/2 glazed and Oak panelled internally, open out onto the front deck with storage steps leading down into the bedroom. Furniture: 6’3” x 4’ fixed double bed with storage space beneath. 1 x full height wardrobe. 1 x full height cupboard with shelves. Cupboard housing domestic washer/dryer with large cupboard over. Corner vanity unit with inset porcelain wash basin, chrome mixer tap and a cupboard beneath. Large wall mounted mirror. Vacu-flush pump-out toilet. Extra Storage: Storage shelves and cupboard beside the shower. Heating: 1 x chrome rail-radiator. Light: 1 x porthole with drop-back opening and privacy glass. 2 x 12v, halogen down-lights. Lounge 16’ 9” (Including Dinette)

Semi-trad deck 4’ 7” & Stern 3’ 9”

A set of steel rear doors wood panelled internally with steel sliding roof hatch, lead from the galley to the semi-trad deck where the engine is housed under the deck panels. A further set of steel stern doors close off the stern deck. There are steel locker/seats to either side of the semi-trad deck, one of these houses the gas bottle. Controls: The single lever engine control is on the port side.

WINDOWS, DOORS & HATCHES
Port side: 3 x large anodised aluminium framed windows with dropback openings. 2 x anodised aluminium framed portholes with dropback openings.
Starboard side: 2 x large anodised aluminium framed windows with drop-back openings. 2 x anodised aluminium framed portholes with top hopper opening vents. 1 x set of steel side doors wood panelled internally.
Front: Steel hatch on bow locker. Steel front doors, 1/2 glazed and Oak panelled internally.

GAS
1 x 13kg Propane cylinder housed in the stern locker, provides gas to the cooker.

WATER
Stainless steel water tank located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch is located adjacent to the tank. Twin coil calorifier heated by the engine heat exchanger and/or by the diesel fired boiler.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the solid fuel stove in the lounge and the Webasto diesel fired central heating boiler running 4 radiators.

240v circuit from landline with RCD.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat has been professionally painted and decorated with quality coach enamels. The hull is protected by black bitumen. There are 4 sacrificial anodes protecting the hull.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the builder.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Beta Marine 43hp, 4 cylinder, marine diesel engine coupled to a hydraulic PRM gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers twin 12v alternators to charge the start battery and the six leisure batteries.
