The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which has a steel gas locker, there is a 3'6" open, self draining well deck. The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the front bulkhead.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings and cabin sides are lined with Ash veneered plywood and trimmed with solid Oak. Hull sides are lined with Oak veneered plywood and trimmed with solid Oak. All interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish. Flooring throughout is solid Oak except in the bathroom which has cushioned vinyl. There are custom made curtains or blinds to all windows.

Lounge 14’ 6”

Steel front doors, 2/3 glazed and wood panelled internally, open out onto the front deck with solid Oak storage steps leading down into the large open plan lounge. Loose Furniture: 2 x recline/swivel armchairs with matching footstools. Fixed Furniture: 1 x half-height corner cupboard with built in stereo radio/CD player. Heating: Becton, solid fuel stove set on a raised, ceramic tiled hearth and surround with a drawer in the base. 1 x large central heating radiator. Lighting: 2 x large windows with top hopper style opening vents. 2 x 12v, halogen down-lights. 4 x 12v, wall lamps Power: 2 x 240v sockets.

Galley 7’

The custom built galley has Oak framed door and drawer fronts with solid Oak worktops and ceramic tiled splash-backs. Base Units: 1 x double base cupboard. Fridge housing. Oven housing with drawer below. Dresser style unit with three base cupboards and three drawers, shelf with fiddle rail, four top cupboards and a built in wine rack. Appliances: Spinflo, stainless steel, inset four burner gas hob. Spinflo, stainless steel, gas oven and grill. 240v, 4.4 cu/ft fridge. Stainless steel inset sink and drainer with a chrome monobloc mixer tap. Lighting: 1 x large window with top hopper and slide opening vents. 1 x set of steel side doors, Oak panelled internally. 5 x 12v, halogen down-lights. Power: 4 x 240v sockets.

Dinette 6’ 4”

Raised, Pullman style dinette with padded bench seats. Large Oak table top with folding leg. The dinette converts into a double berth and has storage cupboards underneath the seats and the base. Heating: 1 x central heating radiator with Oak shelf over. Lighting: 2 x large windows with top hopper style opening vents. 2 x 12v halogen down-lights. 2 x 12v wall lamps. Power: 1 x 240v socket.

Shower Room 5’ 9” x 4’

The cabin shower room has a white suite comprising: Suite: Fully tiled, domestic sized shower enclosure with chrome shower attachment and mixer taps. Corner vanity unit with inset porcelain wash basin, chrome mixer tap and a cupboard beneath. Tecma vacu-flush pump-out toilet with large stainless steel holding tank. Storage: Storage cupboard with shelves beside the shower cubicle. Large bulkhead mounted cupboard over the vanity unit and toilet. Heating: 1 x rail radiator. Lighting: 1 x window with top hopper style opening vent and privacy glass. 1 x window with top hopper style opening vent in the corridor. 3 x 12v, halogen down-lights. 1 x 12v halogen down-light in the corridor. Bedroom 9’

Furniture: 6’ 3” x 4’ fixed double bed with calorifier and holding tank beneath. Large wardrobe with hanging rail and four drawers below. 1 x double over-bed cupboard. Heating: 1 x large central heating radiator with Oak shelf over. Lighting: 2 x portholes with drop-back vents. 1 x 12v, halogen down-light. 2 x 12v, over-bed wall lamps. Power: 1 x 240v socket.

Aft Cabin 4’ 3” & Stern 3’ 6”

A hardwood panelled door leads from the bedroom to the aft cabin where the engine and batteries are housed under the floor panels. All the other hardware for the running of the boat are also housed in this area. Steel rear doors, wood lined internally and traditionally decorated, with steel sliding roof hatch, lead to the rear deck and steering position. Controls: The single lever engine control and control panel are mounted just inside the stern doors on the port side. Bow-thruster control is mounted just forward of the rear hatch, inside the cabin. Light: 2 x portholes. 1 x 12v, halogen down-light. Flooring: Marine ply panels covered in anti-slip tread.

WINDOWS, DOORS & HATCHES
Port side: 4 x large brass anodised aluminium framed windows with top hopper style vents. 2 x portholes.
Starboard side: 3 x large brass anodised aluminium framed windows with top hopper style vents. 2 x portholes. 1 x set of steel side doors, Oak panelled internally.
Front: Steel front doors, 2/3 glazed and Oak panelled internally.

GAS
2 x 13kg Propane cylinders housed in the bow locker provide gas to the oven, grill and hob.

WATER
450 litre stainless steel water tank located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch and accumulator is located in the front cabinet. Twin coil calorifier is heated by the diesel fired boiler, 240v immersion and/or the engine heat exchanger.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the Becton, solid fuel stove in the lounge and the Eberspacher diesel fired central heating boiler running 4 radiators.

ELECTRICS
240v circuit from landline with RCD.
12v lights throughout protected by fuses.
2 x 12v, 80/110 amp/hr engine driven alternators.
1 x 12v, 110 amp/hr engine start battery.
4 x 12v, 110 amp/hr deep cycle leisure batteries.
3kva Victron Phoenix combi inverter/charger.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat has been professionally painted and has a high gloss paint finish. The hull is protected by black Bitumen and four sacrificial anodes.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owner.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by an Isuzu Marine 42hp, 4 cylinder, marine diesel engine coupled to a hydraulic PRM 150 gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers two 12v alternators to charge the start battery and the four leisure batteries.

BOW-THRUSTER
Electric bow-thruster, controlled from the stern steering position.
