The Interior Boat Plan
From the Bow
|
From the bow which has a steel gas locker, there is a 3 3 self draining well deck with glazed, hardwood cratch frame and a fitted vinyl cover. The steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the front of the cratch board.

Generic fixtures and fittings
The ceilings and hull sides are lined in Oak veneered plywood. The cabin sides are lined with solid Pine tongue and groove. All interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish. There are colour co-ordinated curtains and blinds throughout.
Lounge 15
|
Hardwood, half glazed front doors, open out onto the front deck with steps leading down into the lounge.
Fixed Furniture: 1 x corner cupboard with a built in stereo radio/CD player. 1 x double cupboard with drawers and a fiddle rail to the top, CD rack and shelves at the sides. L shaped settee/dinette with storage space beneath the seats. The dinette converts into a double bed.
Loose Furniture: Table top with folding legs. Nest of 3 Pine tables.
Heating: Heron, multi-fuel stove with back boiler set on a ceramic tiled hearth and surround.
Lighting: 4 x large windows with top hopper style opening vents. 4 x 12v, ceiling mounted, florescent lights. 2 x 12v, brass, wall spot-lights.

The galley has custom built units with Oak effect panelled door and drawer fronts. Worktops are green marble effect melamine with ceramic tiled splash-backs.
Base Units: 1 x double cupboard with a drawer above that extends into the corner. 1 x large cupboard extending into the corner with a drawer above. Fridge housing. Cooker space.
Wall Units: Glazed wall cupboard and shelves. Divider shelves with fiddle rails.
Appliances: Parkinson Cowan, gas cooker with separate oven and grill. Electrolux, 60 litre fridge. Cream enamel, inset sink and drainer with a matching monobloc mixer tap.

Aft Cabin 5 & Stern 3
|
From the bedroom a panelled doors and steps lead to the aft engine room where the engine is in the centre of the room. All the other hardware for the running of the boat is also housed in this area. The generator is located on the port side in its own housing.
Light: 2 x portholes. 1 x 12v, ceiling mounted, florescent light.
Steel stern doors and steel sliding roof hatch lead to the rear deck and steering position. There is a steel Taff rail around the stern with two hardwood steerers seats.
Controls: The single lever engine control and the control panel are mounted just inside the stern doors on the port side.

Heating is provided by the Heron multi-fuel stove with back boiler
which also runs 2 radiators.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was professionally repainted September 2007 using quality
coach enamels. Last docked for hull blacking in September 2007.
The hull is protected by four sacrificial anodes.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a
full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be
negotiated separately with the owner.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Deutz, 26hp, 2 cylinder, air cooled marine
diesel engine coupled to a hydraulic gearbox with 2:1 reduction,
turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out
through the roof. The engine also powers a 12v alternator to charge
the start battery and the 3 leisure batteries.
