The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which has a steel gas locker, there is a 4’4” self draining well deck with painted cratch frame. The 150 gallon stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings, hull sides and cabin sides are lined with Ash veneered plywood and trimmed with solid Pine. All interior wood has been varnished to a satin finish. Flooring throughout is Beige and Terracotta carpet except in the bathroom and galley which have cushioned vinyl. There are curtains or blinds to all windows.

Lounge 12’ 4”

Steel front doors, 2/3 glazed and wood panelled internally, open out onto the front deck with steps leading down into the large open plan lounge. There is storage space under the front well deck which is accessed from the lounge. Fixed Furniture: 1 x low cabinet. Heating: Crucible, Multi-fuel stove with back boiler, set on a tiled hearth and surround. Lighting: 2 x large windows with top hopper style opening vents. 2 x 12v, ceiling mounted, double florescent lights. Power: 4 x 240v sockets. 1 x TV aerial point.

Galley 7’ 8”

The custom built galley has Beech framed door and drawer fronts with high gloss granite effect melamine worktops. Base Units: 1 x double base cupboard with drawers above. 1 x large double cupboard that extends into the corner. Integrated fridge housing. Oven housing. Appliances: Domestic sized stainless steel, inset four burner gas hob. Matching stainless steel, gas oven and grill. 240v Domestic integrated electric fridge. A panelled door leads from the bedroom to the aft cabin where the engine and batteries are housed under the floor panels. All the other usual hardware for the running of the boat is also housed in this area. There is space, plumbing and electrics ready for a washing machine. Steel rear doors, wood panelled internally with steel sliding roof hatch lead to the rear deck and steering position. Controls: The single lever engine control and control panel are mounted just inside the stern doors on the port side. Lighting: 1 x porthole with top hopper opening vent. 1 x 12v, bulkhead light. Power: 2 x 240v sockets. Flooring: Painted marine ply panels over the engine, carpet to the rest of the floor.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat has been professionally painted using quality coach enamels. The hull is protected by black Bitumen and 8 sacrificial anodes.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owner.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Beta Marine 43hp, 4 cylinder, marine diesel engine coupled to a hydraulic PRM gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers two 12v alternators to charge the start battery and the two leisure batteries.
