The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which has a steel gas locker there is a 5’ self draining well deck with a painted cratch frame, window to the front and a zipped and studded vinyl cover. There are steel locker/seats with padded cushions to either side of the well deck and a hinged table. The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the front of the cratch board.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings are lined in Oak faced plywood. The cabin sides are lined with Pine tongue and groove laid horizontally. The hull sides are lined with plywood covered in carpet. All the interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish. There are curtains or blinds to all windows.

Lounge 10’ 6”

Hardwood, 2/3 glazed front doors, open out onto the front deck with a box/step leading down into the lounge. Fixed Furniture: 1 x low corner cabinet. Hinged breakfast bar. Loose Furniture: 3-4 seat sofa bed that converts into a double bed. 2 x folding bar stools that stow under the gunwales when not in use. Heating: Morso, solid fuel stove set on a ceramic tiled hearth and surround. Skirting radiator. Lighting: 4 x windows with top hopper style opening vents. 1 x 12v, ceiling mounted, round light. 2 x 12v, decorative wall lights. Power: 2 x 240v socket. 1 x 12v socket. Flooring: Oak effect laminate.

Galley 6’ 6”

The ‘U’ shaped galley has custom built units with panelled door and drawer fronts. The worktops are marble effect Formica with a ceramic tiled splash-back. Base Units: 1 x double base cupboard which extends into the corners and has a drawer over. Cooker space. Fridge housing. Wall Units: Shelf with fiddle rail and cup hooks. Appliances: Belling, slot-in gas cooker with a glass lid/splash-back. 12v, Lec fridge. Stainless steel, inset 1½ bowl sink and drainer with a chrome monobloc mixer tap. Lighting: 1 x large window with top hopper opening vent. 2 x 12v, wall mounted, spot-lights. Just aft of the galley, in the corridor there is a set of steel side doors, wood panelled internally with roof hatch. Power: 1 x 240v socket. Flooring: Marble effect cushioned vinyl.

Bathroom 5’ 8” x 4’

The cabin bathroom has a white suite comprising: Suite: Bath/shower with chrome mixer tap and shower attachment over. Vanity unit with inset basin, chrome taps and a large cupboard beneath. Thetford electric flush cassette toilet. Large wall mounted mirror. Power: 1 x shaver socket. Lighting: 1 x window with top hopper style opening vent and privacy glass. 1 x 12v, ceiling mounted, florescent light. 1 x 12v, ceiling mounted, round light in the corridor. Bedroom 8’ 10”

Furniture: 6’ 4” x 4’ fixed double bed with storage drawers beneath. 1 x full height wardrobe. 1 x over-bed shelf with fiddle rail. Heating: Skirting radiator. Steel rear doors, wood panelled internally lead from the bedroom to the semi-trad deck area where the engine, calorifier and batteries are housed under the floor panels. There is a steel locker to the starboard side. Steel stern doors lead to the rear deck and the steering position. Controls: The control panel and single lever engine control is mounted on the port side. Other Features: Tonneau cover to the semi-trad deck. 1 x 12v light in the engine bay.

WINDOWS, DOORS & HATCHES
Port side: 4 x brass anodised aluminium framed windows with top hopper style vents. 2 x brass portholes.

150 gallon stainless steel water tank located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch and accumulator is located under the front step. 10 gallon twin coil calorifier is heated by the engine heat exchanger and/or the diesel fired central heating boiler.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the Morso solid fuel stove in the lounge and the Eberspacher diesel fired central heating boiler running skirting radiators along the length of the cabin and 1 radiator in the bathroom.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was repainted using quality coach enamels in 2005 and is in excellent condition. Last docked for hull blacking in March 2008. There are 4 anodes protecting the hull.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owner.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a 35 hp, 4 cylinder, Mitsubishi marine diesel engine coupled to a PRM hydraulic gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers a 12v alternator to charge the start battery and the 3 leisure batteries.
