The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow there is a steel locker and an anchor chain locker. The 900 litre stainless steel water tank is located beneath in the bow. Twin headlamps are mounted on the front bulkhead.

Generic fixtures and fittings

Ceilings are lined with barrel style tongue and groove. Hull sides and cabin sides are lined in Ash veneered ply and trimmed with Ash. All wood surfaces have been sealed and finished in gloss varnish. Floorings throughout are carpet except in the galley which has tile effect cushioned vinyl. There are curtains or blinds to all windows.

Master Bedroom 7’ 3”

Furniture: Domestic sized double bed (the bed pictured is not included but will be replaced with a domestic double bed). Large full height fitted wardrobes. Lighting: 4 x portholes, 2 of these have top hopper opening vents. 1 x roof Houdini hatch. 2 x 12v, ceiling mounted, fluorescent lights. Heating: 1 x central heating radiator. Power: 3 x 240v sockets.

Bathroom 8’2” x 7’2”

The cabin style bathroom has a white suite comprising: Suite: Very large walk in shower with full height ceramic tiling, glazed doors and gold effect shower attachment and mixer taps. Vanity unit with inset wash basin, gold effect taps and a cupboard beneath. Mansfield pump-out toilet. Storage: Mirrored bathroom cabinet. 2 x full height cupboards. Washing machine housing with cupboard above. Lighting: 1 x window with top hopper style opening vent and privacy glass, 1 further window in the corridor. 2 x 12v, ceiling mounted, round lights and a further light in the corridor. 2 x 12v, ceiling mounted, fluorescent lights. Galley & Dinette 9’ 10”

The large galley has custom built cabinets with white framed door and drawer fronts and ceramic tiled splash-backs. Worktops are Beech effect melamine. Base Units: 2 x cupboards with drawers above. 1 x single with drawer above. 1 x 4 drawer unit. Full height oven housing with cupboard and microwave space above and a cupboard below. Fridge housing. Wall units: 1 x double wall cupboard. 1 x locker style wall cupboard. 2 x single wall cupboards. Appliances: Vanette 4000/2, four burner gas hob. Saloon 13’

Fixed Furniture: 1 x full height cupboard. 2 x CD tower racks. 1 x cupboard housing the electrics. 1 x bookcase. Loose Furniture: Elite four seat settee that converts into a double bed. 1 x leather reclining chair with matching footstool. Lighting: 4 x windows with top hopper style opening vents. 4 x 12v, ceiling mounted, fluorescent lights. Heating: Squirrel solid fuel stove set on a tiled hearth. 1 x central heating radiator with display shelf over. Power: 6 x 240v sockets.

Wheelhouse 6’11” & Stern 5’10”

Steel rear doors, wood lined internally with roof hatch lead from the saloon to the wheelhouse. The hardwood wheelhouse is double glazed with a vinyl top and is fully collapsible. The engine is housed under lift up floor panels. Part glazed stable style rear door leads out to the rear deck. Other Features: Built in radio/cassette player. Controls: The single lever engine control and the engine control panel are mounted on the console at the steering position. Lighting: Windows all round. Heating: 1 x central heating radiator. Power: 1 x 240v socket

WATER
The 900 litre stainless steel water tank is housed in the bow. The two water pumps with pressure switch and accumulator are housed adjacent to the tank. 11 gallon, twin coil calorifier is heated by the diesel fired boiler, 240v emersion heater and/or the engine’s heat exchanger.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the Squirrel solid fuel stove in the lounge which has a back boiler running two radiators and the Webasto diesel fired boiler running 4 radiators.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was last painted using quality coach paints in July 2007. Last docked for hull blacking in August 2008. The hull is protected by 4 sacrificial anodes.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owners.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a 92hp Perkins Sabre M92, 4 cylinder, water cooled, marine diesel engine with PRM 500 hydraulic gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers a 12v alternator to charge the 3 start battery and 6 leisure batteries.

GAS
2 x 13kg Propane cylinder, housed in the stern locker, provides gas to the oven, grill and hob.

BOW-THRUSTER
Electric, 6hp bow-thruster with the controls at the stern, currently inoperative, requiring service.
