The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which has a steel locker there is a 3’ open self draining well deck. There are steel locker/seats to either side of the well deck. The 130 gallon stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the front bulkhead.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings, cabin sides and hull sides are lined with Oak faced plywood which has been trimmed with solid Oak. All the interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish. There are curtains or blinds to all windows.

Master Bedroom 11’

Steel front doors, half glazed and wood panelled internally open out on to the front deck with steps leading down into the bedroom. Furniture: 5’ x 6’3” fixed King Size bed with four storage drawers in the base. 1 x full height wardrobe. 1 x full height double wardrobe. 2 x over-bed cupboards. 2 x bedside chest of drawers. Lighting: 2 x portholes with top hopper openings. 6 x 12v, halogen down-lights. 2 x 12v over-bed reading lights. Heating: 1 x central heating radiator. Power: 4 x 240v sockets. The cabin bathroom has a white suite comprising: Suite: Large quadrant shower enclosure with chrome shower attachment, mixer taps and glazed doors. Corner vanity unit with inset porcelain wash basin, chrome mixer tap and a cupboard beneath. Thetford electric flush cassette toilet. Large wall mounted mirror. Heating: 1 x towel rail radiator. WATER
The 130 gallon Stainless Steel water tank is housed beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch and accumulator is housed in the front wardrobe. Twin coil calorifier is heated by the diesel fired boiler and/or the engine’s heat exchanger.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the Arrow solid fuel stove in the lounge and the 4kw Webasto diesel fired boiler running 4 radiators.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was painted when built using quality coach paints. The hull is protected by black bitumen and 4 sacrificial anodes.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with the normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owners.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a 55hp Isuzu, 4 cylinder, water cooled, marine diesel engine with PRM 150 hydraulic gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers two 12v alternators to charge the start battery and 5 leisure batteries.

GAS
1 x 12kg Propane cylinder, housed in the stern locker, provides gas to the cooker.
