The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which holds the steel gas locker, there is a 4’8” open self draining well deck. The water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the front bulkhead.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings are lined with Pine tongue and groove. The cabin sides are lined with Ash faced plywood trimmed with Mahogany. The hull sides are lined with carpet. Fixed furniture has been constructed from Ash faced plywood with mahogany trims. All the interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish. There are curtains or blinds to all windows.

Bedroom 8’ 6”

Hardwood, 1/2 glazed front door opens out onto the front deck with steps down into the bedroom. Furniture: 4’3” x 6’3” fixed double bed with waste tank beneath. 1 x full height double wardrobe. Heating: 1 x central heating radiator. Lighting: 2 x windows with top hopper style opening vents. 4 x 12v, Bulls-eye down-lights. 1 x 12v, reading light. Power: 2 x 240v sockets. Flooring: Carpet.

Shower Room 6’ 8”

The walk through shower room has a white suite comprising: Suite: Fully tiled shower enclosure with shower attachment, mixer taps and a glazed door. Large vanity unit with large porcelain wash basin, chrome monobloc tap, ceramic tiled splash-back and cupboards beneath. Tecma mascerator pump-out toilet. Full height shelving beside the shower. Wheelhouse 7’& Cruiser Stern 6’

A stable style door leads from the galley to the fixed wheelhouse. There are 2 swivel folding chairs and a small dining table with desmo leg. Alternative steering position for all weather cruising with added comfort of swivel chair. There are access panels to the engine, batteries and ballasting tanks. Cupboards and washer/dryer housing with work top over, calorifier is also housed in this area. Steel rear doors lead out to the cruiser deck. Controls: Steering wheel with single lever engine control. Other Features: Steel Taff rail/seat and vinyl wind beak to cruiser deck. CB radio. Electronic siren. Solar panel controls. BALLAST
Concrete slabs under floorboards. Temporary ballast tanks draw water from the canal to reduce air draft for low bridges etc which can then be pumped back out for normal cruising.

WINDOWS, DOORS & HATCHES

WATER
The 200 gallon water tank is located under the front well deck. Water pump with pressure switch and accumulator is located under the front step. The twin coli calorifier is heated by the Eberspacher diesel fired boiler and/or the engine heat exchanger.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the diesel fired stove in the saloon and the central heating boiler running 6 radiators.

240v circuit from landline with RCD.
12v lights throughout protected by fuses.
1 x 12v, 110 amp/hr engine driven alternator.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with the normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owners.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Beta 1505 38hp, 4 cylinder water cooled, marine diesel engine, coupled to a Technodrive TMC 40 hydraulic gearbox turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out under the side deck. The engine powers a alternator to charge the start battery and the 4 leisure batteries.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The was last painted in January 2008 using quality coach enamels and is in excellent condition. The boat was last docked for blacking. The hull is protected by 4 sacrificial anodes.

GAS
2 x 13kg Propane cylinders with manual change-over, housed in the bow locker, provide gas to the oven, grill and hob.
