The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which holds the steel gas locker, there is a 3’6” open self draining well deck. The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the roof.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings and hull sides are lined with Oak faced plywood. Hull sides are lined with Pine tongue and groove. All the interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish. There are curtains or blinds to all windows.

Bedroom 10’

Steel, 2/3 glazed front doors, wood lined internally open out onto the front deck with storage steps down into the bedroom. Furniture: Fixed double bed with 2 storage drawers beneath. 2 x full height wardrobes. 1 x chest of 4 drawers. Heating: 1 x central heating radiator in a fretwork cover. Lighting: 2 x windows with top hopper style opening vents. 2 x 12v, recessed down-lights. Power: 1 x 240v socket. 1 x 12v socket. 1 x TV aerial point. Flooring: Oak effect laminate.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with the normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owners.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Beta 38hp, 4 cylinder water cooled, marine diesel engine, coupled to a PRM 120 hydraulic gearbox turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out under the side deck. The engine powers twin alternators to charge the start battery and the 4 leisure batteries.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The exterior has been painted in quality coach enamels. The hull is protected by black bitumen and 4 sacrificial anodes.

GAS 2 x 13kg Propane cylinders with manual change-over, housed in the bow locker, provide gas to the oven, grill and hob.
