The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which has a steel locker, there is a 3’ open self draining well deck with steel locker/seats to either side. The water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings and cabin sides are lined with Pine Tongue and groove which has been laid diagonally on the cabin sides. Hull sides are lined with Plywood which is either painted or covered with Beige carpet. All the interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish.

Bedroom 9’ 3”

Steel, 1/2 glazed front doors, wood lined internally open out onto the front deck with a step down into the bedroom. Furniture: Across the boat domestic sized double bed. 2 x full height wardrobes. 1 x half height cupboard. 1 x corner cupboard. 1 x wall mounted corner cupboard. Steel rear doors wood lined internally with sliding roof hatch lead to the trad deck and steering position. Controls: The single lever engine control is just inside the rear doors on the port side. Lighting: 2 x 12v strip lights inside the storage lockers. Power: 2 x 240v sockets. Flooring: Oak effect laminate.

WINDOWS, DOORS & HATCHES

WATER
The 100 gallon plastic water tank is located under the front well deck. Water pump with pressure switch is located under the front bed. Twin coil calorifier is heated by the Sigmar diesel fired range, 240v emersion and/or the engine heat exchanger.

Heating is provided by the multi-fuel stove with back boiler in the lounge running 2 radiators.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with the normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owners.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Beta 38hp, 4 cylinder water cooled, marine diesel engine, coupled to a PRM 120 hydraulic gearbox turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out under the side deck. The engine powers twin alternators to charge the start battery and the 4 leisure batteries.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The exterior was repainted with quality coach enamels in May 2009. The boat was last docked for blacking in September 2005 and has 4 sacrificial anodes.

GAS
This is a gas free boat.
