The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which has a steel locker, there is a 3’ open self draining well deck with steel locker/seats to either side. The water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler.

 

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings and cabin sides are lined with Pine Tongue and groove which has been laid diagonally on the cabin sides. Hull sides are lined with Plywood which is either painted or covered with Beige carpet. All the interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish.

Bedroom 9’ 3”

Steel, 1/2 glazed front doors, wood lined internally open out onto the front deck with a step down into the bedroom.

Controls: The single lever engine control is just inside the rear doors on the port side.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with the normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owners.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Beta 38hp, 4 cylinder water cooled, marine diesel engine, coupled to a PRM 120 hydraulic gearbox turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out under the side deck. The engine powers twin alternators to charge the start battery and the 4 leisure batteries.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The exterior was repainted with quality coach enamels in May 2009. The boat was last docked for blacking in September 2005 and has 4 sacrificial anodes.

This is a gas free boat.
