The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which holds a steel gas locker there is a 4’2” open self draining well deck. The 160 gallon integral steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the roof.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings, cabin sides and hull sides are lined with Oak faced plywood which has been trimmed with solid Oak. All the interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish. There are curtains or blinds to all windows. Flooring throughout the boat is brown carpet except in the galley and bathroom which have stone effect floor ceramic tiles.

Saloon 14’

Hardwood, half glazed front doors open out on to the front deck with a box step leading down into the large open plan saloon/galley. There is plenty of space for loose furniture of your choice.

Furniture: 1 x large half height corner cabinet. Flat screen T.V in housing with display shelf. Breakfast bar. (N.B. The 2 seat settee, armchair and table pictured are not included in the sale).

Other Features: Fitted, flat screen TV. 2 x radio speakers.

WATER

Heating is provided by the Stovax solid fuel stove in the lounge and the 5kw Webasto diesel fired boiler running 4 radiators.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was painted when built using quality coach paints. The hull is protected by black bitumen, 4 anodes and a galvanic isolator.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with the normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owners.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a 55hp Isuzu, 4 cylinder, water cooled, marine diesel engine with PRM 150 hydraulic gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers two 12v alternators to charge the start battery and 3 leisure batteries.

GAS
2 x 12kg Propane cylinder, housed in the bow locker, provides gas to the oven, grill and hob.
