The Interior Boat Plan
From the Bow

From the bow which has storage space, there is a 4’ self draining well deck with Wilson cratch frame with window to the front and a zipped and studded cover. There are locker/seats to either side of the well deck and a domed bulkhead light. The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the front of the cratch frame. |

The ceilings and cabin sides are lined with Oak faced plywood. Hull sides are lined with carpet. All the interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish. There are curtains or blinds to all windows. Flooring throughout is tile effect cushion floor.

Heating is provided by the Villager solid fuel stove in the
lounge and the Eberspacher diesel fired central heating
boiler running 5 radiators.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was repainted using quality coach enamels in
2006 and is in excellent condition. Last docked for hull 2
pack epoxy in May 2008. There are 4 anodes protecting
the hull renewed in 2008.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory
including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional
items not listed must be negotiated separately with the
owner.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a 1.8 BMC, 4 cylinder, marine
diesel engine coupled to a PRM hydraulic gearbox with 2:1
reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged,
silenced and vents out from under the side deck.
The engine powers a 12v and 24v alternators to charge the
start battery and the 4 leisure batteries.
BOW-THRUSTER
Electric bow-thruster with the controls at the stern.
