The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which holds the gas locker, there is a 3’ 9” open self draining well deck. The 200 litre water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the roof.

Generic fixtures and fittings

Ceilings are lined with Pine match board. Cabin sides are lined with Oak faced plywood. Hull sides are lined with painted plywood. Saloon furniture constructed from reclaimed Pitch Pine. All the interior wood has been varnished to a satin finish. Flooring throughout is solid Oak except in the galley and shower room which have ceramic floor tiles.

Saloon 10’ 3”

Steel, half glazed front doors wood lined internally open out onto the front deck with steps down into the saloon. The fixed furniture in the saloon has in the main been constructed from reclaimed Pine giving a homely cottage feel. Fixed Furniture: 2 x dresser style units with shelves, drawers, cupboards and a desk. Fixed seat with storage space beneath. Other Features: Built in remote controlled radio/cd player. Heating: Morso, cast iron solid fuel stove set on a ceramic tiled hearth and surround. Lighting: 2 x portholes with top hopper opening vents. 2 x 12v, domed ceiling lights. Power: 2 x 240v sockets. 1 x 12v socket.

Dinette 6’ 1”

Pullman dinette with bench style seats. Oak table top with desmo leg. The dinette converts into a bed and has storage space beneath the seats. Large half height cabinet with solid Pine top, drawers and cupboards. Lighting: 2 x windows with drop-back openings. 1 x 12v, domed ceiling light. 3 x 12v, wall lights. Galley 7’

The custom built galley has Beech door fronts and Oak drawer fronts. Worktops are solid Beech block with ceramic tiled splash-backs. Base units: 1 x double cupboard beneath the sink. Built in wine rack. 4 drawer unit with display shelves and Beech block worktop. Cooker space. Fridge housing. HEATING
Heating is provided by the Morso solid fuel stove in the lounge and two 240v heater panels.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was painted when built using quality coach enamels. The hull is protected by black bitumen and 4 anodes.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owner.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Beta Marine, 35hp, 4 cylinder, marine diesel engine coupled to a PRM 120 hydraulic gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers twin 12v alternators to charge the start battery and the 3 leisure batteries.
