The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which holds the gas locker, there is a 3’ 6” self draining well deck with wooden cratch frame, window to the front and a zipped and studded vinyl cover. The steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the front of the cratch.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings, cabin sides and hull sides are lined with Oak faced plywood trimmed with solid Oak. Fixed furniture and doors are constructed from solid Oak. All the interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish. There are curtains or blinds to all windows.

Saloon 17’ 6”

Steel, 2/3 glazed front doors, wood panelled internally open out onto the front deck with a storage step down into the saloon. Fixed Furniture: 1 x corner cabinet. 1 x double cupboard with glazed doors. Low level seating unit with drawers and padded vinyl cushions. Loose Furniture: 2 x Leather recliner/swivel chairs. Drop leaf dining table. Other Features: Flat screen TV with built in Freeview. Heating: Stovax, Hunter solid fuel stove set on a tiled hearth and surround. 1 x central heating radiator. 2 x 13kg Propane cylinders housed in the bow locker with auto change over, provide gas to the cooker.

WATER
100 gallon steel water tank located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch and accumulator is located adjacent to the tank. Twin coil calorifier is heated by the engine heat exchanger and/or the diesel fired central heating boiler.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the solid fuel stove in the lounge and the eberspacher diesel fired central heating boiler running 3 radiators.

240v circuit from landline with RCD.
12v lights throughout protected by fuses.
2 x 12v, 95/80 amp/hr engine driven alternators.
1 x 12v, engine start battery.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was painted when built using quality coach enamels and is in good condition. The boat was last docked for blacking in August 2008. The hull is protected by 4 anodes.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owner.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Barrus 1900cc, 4 cylinder, diesel engine coupled to a PRM 150 hydraulic gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers twin 12v alternators to charge the start battery and the 8 leisure batteries.

BOW-THRUSTER
95 kgf electric bow-thruster with controls at the stern.
