The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which holds a steel gas locker there is a 4’ open self draining well deck. There are steel locker/seats to either side of the well deck and a small table at the front of the well deck. The water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings, cabin sides and hull sides are lined with Oak faced plywood which has been trimmed with solid Oak. All the interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish. There are curtains or blinds to all windows.

Saloon 13’

Steel, half glazed stable style front doors, wood panelled internally, open out on to the front deck with storage steps leading down into the large open plan saloon/galley. Fixed Furniture: 3 x low level shelves. 1 x half height corner shelf . Loose Furniture: 2 seat sofa. 1 x Bentwood armchair. Drop leaf dining table. EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was repainted using quality coach paints in August 2008. The boat was last docked for blacking in July 2009. The hull is protected 4 anodes @50% and 4 new anodes fitted in July 2009.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with the normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owners.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a 62hp Beta Marine, 4 cylinder, water cooled, marine diesel engine with PRM hydraulic gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers two 12v alternators to charge the start battery and 4 leisure batteries.

GAS
2 x Propane cylinders, housed in the bow locker, provide gas to the oven, grill and hob.
