The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which holds the gas locker, there is a 5’ 6” well deck with cratch frame and traditional covers. There is a a drop down table with desmo leg and 2 x 12v lights. The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck. The headlamp is mounted on the front of the cratch frame.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings and cabin sides are lined with ash faced plywood trimmed with hardwood mouldings. Hull sides are lined with plywood and covered with carpet. All the interior wood has been varnished to a high gloss finish. There are curtains to all windows.

Saloon 15’ 6”

Steel front doors, wood panelled internally open out onto the front deck with steps down into the lounge. Fixed Furniture: 1 x corner TV cabinet with glazed and leaded door. Under gunwale display cabinet with glazed and leaded doors. Loose Furniture: 2 seat sofa with matching armchair. Butterfly dining table with 4 folding chairs. Other Features: TV and dvd player. Heating: Coalbrookdale, cast iron solid fuel stove with back boiler, set on a feature fireplace. Lighting: 4 x windows. 5 x 12v, ceiling lights. 4 x 12v, spotlights. WINDOWS, DOORS & HATCHES

WATER
The 500 gallon stainless steel water tank is housed beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch and accumulator is adjacent to the water tank. Twin coil calorifier is heated by the solid fuel back boiler and/or the engine heat exchanger.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the Coalbrookdale solid fuel stove with back boiler in the saloon running 2 gravity fed radiators and the Boatman’s range in the back cabin.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was painted using quality coach paints in 2007 and is in excellent condition. The boat was last docked for blacking in November 2008 and is protected by 4 anodes and a galvanic isolator.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with the normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owners.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Beta JD3 Tug, 3 cylinder, water cooled, diesel engine with PRM 260 gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out through the roof via a chimney. The engine powers twin12v alternators to charge the start battery and 4 leisure batteries.

GAS
2 x 13kg Propane cylinders, housed in the bow locker, provide gas to the cooker.
