The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which has a steel locker there is a 4’ self draining open well deck. The integral water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the roof.

 

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings and cabin sides are lined in light oak tongue and groove panels. The hull sides are lined with oak faced plywood. All the interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish. There are curtains to all windows. Flooring throughout is wood effect laminate.

Saloon 10’

Steel, 1/2 glazed front doors, wood lined internally open out onto the front deck with a step leading down into the lounge.

Fixed Furniture: “L” shaped fixed settee/dinette which converts into a double bed and has storage space beneath the seats. 1 x low level corner cabinet with display shelf.

Heating: Arrow, solid fuel stove set on a ceramic tiled hearth and surround.

Lighting: 2 x windows with top hopper style opening vents. 4 x 12v, halogen down-lights.

Power: 3 x 240v sockets. 1 x 12v socket. 1 x TV socket.

 


Galley 8’ 6”

The ‘U’ shaped galley has custom built units with oak panelled door and drawer fronts. The worktops are ceramic tiled with a matching splash-back.

Base Units: 1 x large cupboard which extends into the corner. 2 x single cupboards. 1 x 4 drawer unit. 1 x drop down table. Oven housing. Fridge housing. Washing machine housing accessed from the bathroom.

Wall Units: 2 x large locker style wall cupboards. 1 x small wall cupboard.

Lighting: 1 x porthole with top hopper opening vent and privacy glass and a further porthole in the corridor. 2 x 12v, halogen down-lights.

Heating: 1 x central heating radiator in the bathroom and a further radiator in the corridor.

Other Features: Zanussi studio washing machine.

 

Bedroom 7’ 4”

Furniture: Fixed double bed with storage drawers and waste tank beneath. 1 x double wardrobe. 1 x over-bed cupboard.

Cruiser deck & Stern 6’ 8"

A sliding door from the bedroom leads to the aft storage area. Steel rear doors, wood panelled internally with sliding roof hatch lead from the storage area to the cruiser deck and steering position, where the engine and batteries are housed under the floor panels.

Controls: The column mounted single lever engine control is on the port side.

Other Features: Steel and hardwood taff rail. Steel gas locker/seat.

WINDOWS, DOORS & HATCHES
Port side: 3 x windows with top hopper style vents. 2 x portholes with top hopper style vents. Starboard side: 3 x windows with top hopper style vents. 2 x portholes with top hopper style vents. Front: Steel, 1/2 glazed front doors, wood lined internally. Rear: Steel rear doors, wood panelled internally with sliding roof hatch.

GAS
2 x 13kg Propane cylinders housed in the stern locker, provide gas to the hob, oven and grill.

WATER
100 gallon integral water tank located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch is located adjacent to the tank. Twin coil calorifier is heated by the engine heat exchanger and/or the diesel fired central heating boiler.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the Arrow solid fuel stove in the lounge and the Eberspacher diesel fired central heating boiler running 4 radiators.

ELECTRICS
240v circuit from landline with RCD.
12v lights throughout protected by fuses.
1 x 16v, engine driven alternator.
1 x 12v, 110 amp/hr engine start battery.
4 x 12v, 110 amp/hr deep cycle leisure batteries.
Victron 1.2kw inverter.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was repainted using quality coach enamels in 2010 and is in excellent condition. Last docked for hull blacking in September 2009. There are 6 anodes protecting the hull.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a 1300cc, Barrus Shire Yanmar marine diesel engine coupled to a PRM hydraulic gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers a 16v alternator to charge the start battery and the 4 leisure batteries.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owner.
