The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which holds the steel gas locker, there is a 4’ self draining well deck. The cratch frame has windows to the front with a zipped and studded vinyl cover with clear panels. The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler.

 

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings, cabin sides and hull sides are lined with Oak faced plywood and trimmed with hardwood. All the interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish. There are curtains or blinds to all windows.

Saloon 16’ 3”

The steel front doors are wood lined internally and open out onto the front deck with steps down into the saloon.

Loose Furniture: 2 x armchairs, one of which is a recliner. Freestanding cabinet. Drop leaf dining table. Foldaway bed.

Other Features: TV and digibox.

Lighting: 2 x windows with top hopper style opening vents. 6 x 12v, halogen down-lights. 2 x 12v wall lights.

Cruiser deck & Stern 6’ 6”

Steel rear doors wood lined internally with sliding roof hatch lead onto the cruiser deck and steering position where there are access panels to the engine and batteries.

Controls: The column mounted single lever engine control is on the port side.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was repainted in September 2009. The boat was last docked for blacking in December 2008. The hull is protected by black bitumen and 4 anodes.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owners.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a 43hp Beta Marine, 4 cylinder, water cooled, marine diesel engine coupled to a Newage PRM 150 gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers twin 12v alternators to charge the start battery and 4 leisure batteries.

GAS
2 x 13kg Propane cylinders housed in the bow locker, provide gas to the oven, grill and hob.
