The Interior Boat Plan

From the Bow

From the bow which has a steel gas locker, locker with access to the bow-thruster and an open self draining front deck. 4 mooring posts.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings and cabin sides are lined with painted plywood which has been trimmed with solid oak. Hull sides are lined with oak veneered plywood. Fixed furniture and doors are constructed from solid oak and oak veneered MDF. All the interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish.

Master Bedroom 10’9”

Steel, fully glazed front doors open out on to the front deck.

Furniture: 6ft fixed double bed with storage cupboards in the base. 2 x full height double wardrobes. 2 x bedside chest of drawers with shelves above.

Lighting: 2 x portholes with drop back openings and front double doors. 6 x 12v, halogen down-lights, 2 x 12v side lights.

Base Units: 1 x slim-line dishwasher housing, oven housing, wine rack, double cupboard under sink that extends into both corners. Fridge and freezer housing. 2 x single cupboards 1 x 4 drawer unit in between. Breakfast bar.

Wall Units: 3 x cupboards incl. 1 with glazed doors. Extractor fan housing, wine rack.

Appliances: Belling four burner gas hob. New World built in gas oven. Fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Under slung, stainless steel, sink and chrome monobloc tap.

Wheelhouse & Stern

A hardwood door leads from the galley up to the wheelhouse. The glazed mahogany wheelhouse is fully collapsible. The engine room is below the wheelhouse and accessed through the lift up floor panels. Part glazed, stable style, rear door leads out to the decks.

Controls: The single lever engine control, steering wheel and the control panel are mounted on the centre console at the steering position.

Other Features: Corner seating with leather covered, padded bench seat and storage space beneath.

Lighting: Windows all round. 8 LED lights in cabin sides.

2 x 13kg Propane cylinders housed in the bow locker provide gas to the hob, oven and grill.

WATER
Stainless steel water tank located beneath the master bed. Water pump with pressure switch and accumulator is located adjacent to the tank. Twin coil calorifier is heated by the engine heat exchanger, 240v emersion heater and/or the diesel fired central heating boiler.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the solid fuel stove in the saloon and the Webasto diesel fired central heating boiler running 5 radiators.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was painted when built using quality coach enamels. The hull is protected by black bitumen, 4 anodes and a Sterling galvanic isolator.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the boat builder.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Beta Marine, 75 hp, 4 cylinder, marine diesel engine coupled to a Newage PRM 260 hydraulic gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers 3 alternators to charge the start battery and the 6 leisure batteries.
