From the Bow

From the bow which has a steel locker, there is a 4 self draining well deck. There are steel locker/seats to either side of the well deck. The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler.

Generic fixtures and fittings

Cabin sides and ceilings are lined with painted plywood and trimmed with solid oak. Hull sides are lined with light oak veneered plywood and trimmed with solid oak. All interior wood has been sealed and varnished. Flooring throughout is oak effect laminate except to the bathroom which has vinyl flooring. High quality, colour co-ordinated soft furnishings throughout.

Bedroom 10ft

Steel front doors, 1/2 glazed and Oak panelled internally, open out onto the front deck with storage steps leading down into the bedroom.

Furniture: 63 x 46 fixed double bed, with storage space beneath. 1 x full height wardrobe. 2 x full height cupboard with shelves. Large cupboard with space, plumbing & electrics for a domestic sized washer/dryer, (optional extra). Half height cupboard above washing machine housing. Cupboard over-bed with LED reading lights.

Light: 2 x portholes with drop-back openings. 5 x 12v, down-lights. 2 x 12v, over-bed reading-lights. Feature lights to the front steps.

Suite: Granite effect laminate lined shower enclosure with glazed door and chrome shower attachment and mixer taps. Corner vanity unit with inset porcelain wash basin, chrome mixer tap and a cupboard beneath. Mascerator pump-out toilet is included.

Extra Storage: Storage shelves and cupboard beside the shower.

Fixed Furniture: Fitted cabinet designed to house a flat screen TV and a DVD player, with cupboards to the side and beneath. Tall display cabinet with glass door and shelves next to stove. Choice of either an optional de-luxe L-shaped dinette or raised Pullman style dinette with high quality upholstered bench style seats with storage space beneath. Oak table top with folding legs. Semi-trad deck 4ft and Stern 3ft

Steel rear doors oak panelled internally with sliding roof hatch lead onto the semi-trad deck where there are access panels to the engine and batteries. There are steel lockers/seats to either side of the semi-trad deck. Steel stern doors, oak panelled internally lead to the rear deck and steering position.

Controls: The single lever engine control is located on the control tower to the port side.

Flooring: Marine ply boards with anti-slip deck tread.

Port side: 3 x large anodised aluminium framed windows with drop-back openings. 2 x anodised aluminium framed portholes with drop-back openings.

Front: Steel hatch on bow locker. Steel front doors, 1/2 glazed and Oak panelled internally.

Rear: Steel rear doors and sliding roof hatch, wood panelled internally. Steel stern doors, wood panelled and decorated.


Powered by a Canaline 42hp, 4 cylinder, marine diesel engine coupled to a hydraulic PRM 150 gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers twin 12v alternators to charge the start battery and the five leisure batteries.


Optional electric bow-thruster with controls at the stern.


Stainless steel water tank located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch located adjacent to the tank. Twin coil calorifier heated by the engine heat exchanger and/or the diesel fired boiler.


Heating is provided by the solid fuel stove in the lounge and/or the Webasto diesel fired central heating boiler running 4 radiators.


240v circuit from landline with RCD.
12v lights throughout protected by fuses.

The boat has been professionally painted using quality coach enamels. The hull is protected by black bitumen and 4 anodes.


The boat comes equipped with the normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owners.

Where a boat falls under the EU Recreational Craft Directive, it will be self certified by the builder and it is therefore impossible for any broker to guarantee that a craft actually complies. Therefore, we always recommend that you have a full marine survey and valuation and all paperwork checked by a qualified marine surveyor on any boat, new or used, prior to purchase.
