Gwladys Again is a beautifully presented 2005 60ft trad stern narrow boat that has been subject to a comprehensive improvement programme both inside and out and looks like a much younger boat. There is a cratch and new cover to the front, a Houdini hatch to the galley and two sets of side doors in the saloon. Gwladys Again was fully repainted in July 2019 and was last docked for blacking in March 2019. The BSSC is valid until July 2025. Viewing highly recommended.
Quality 10/6/4/4mm steelwork by Liverpool Boats with two sets of side doors, cratch with new cover and a trad stern. Original fit-out by the first owner and then re-fitted in 2019 to a high standard by Rob Pinto of Bickerstaff Boats in painted ply with solid light oak trims offering 2 berth accommodation that can easily be extended to four by the addition of a sofa bed in the saloon. Powered by a Barrus Shire 50hp, 4 cylinder marine diesel engine with Newage PRM 150 D2 hydraulic gearbox.
From the Bow
From the bow which holds the gas locker, there is a 3 9 self draining well deck with locker seats to either side. There is a wooden cratch frame with window to the front and a new vinyl cover. The integral steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the front of the cratch frame.
Generic Fixtures and Fittings
The ceilings are lined with painted ply with solid light oak trims. Cabin sides are lined with either painted ply or painted T&G with solid light oak trims. Hull sides are lined with either oak faced plywood or painted ply with solid light oak trims. Cabin sides are lined with solid oak T&G trimmed with solid sapele. There are blinds to all windows. The flooring is oak planking throughout, apart from the shower room which has vinyl flooring.

Wooden glazed front doors, open out onto the front deck with removable steps down into the open plan saloon. Access to the under deck storage is behind the front steps.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Barrus Shire 50hp, 4 cylinder, marine diesel engine coupled to a Newage PRM 150 D2 gearbox with 2: 1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck.
The engine powers twin 12v alternators to charge the start battery and the 5 leisure batteries (new in 2019).
The 160 gallon integral steel water tank is located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch is located adjacent to the tank. Twin coil calorifier is heated by the Webasto diesel fired boiler, 240v immersion and/or the engine heat exchanger.
Heating is provided by the Artel Pellet burning stove in the saloon and the Webasto diesel fired central heating boiler running 3 radiators.

12v lights throughout protected by fuses.
2 x 12v, 50/80 amp/hr engine driven alternators.
1 x 12v, 165 amp/hr engine start battery.

The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owner.
