Quality 10/6/6/4mm steelwork by Measham Boats with two sets of side doors, two pigeon boxes, cratch with cover and a trad stern. Recessed panels at the rear. From the Bow
From the bow which holds the gas locker, there is a 4 11 self draining well deck with locker seats to either side. There is a wooden cratch frame with windows to the front and a vinyl cover. The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the front of the cratch frame.

The ceilings are lined with light oak faced ply and solid light oak trims. The cabin sides are lined with painted ply and light oak trims and the hull sides are lined with pine T&G. All interior wood has been varnished or painted. There are curtains or blinds to all windows. The flooring is laid with carpet tiles throughout apart from the bathroom which has vinyl flooring.

Steel, wood lined glazed front doors, open out onto the front deck with removable steps down into the open plan saloon.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Beta Marine 43hp, 4 cylinder, marine diesel engine coupled to a Newage PRM 150 D2 gearbox with 2: 1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine is in a sound reducing case.
The engine powers twin 12v alternators to charge the start battery and the 5 leisure batteries.
The 180 gallon stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch is located adjacent to the tank. Twin coil calorifier is heated by the Webasto diesel fired boiler, 240v immersion and/or the engine heat exchanger.
Heating is provided by the solid fuel stove in the saloon and the Webasto diesel fired central heating boiler running 3 radiators and a heated towel rail.
240v circuit from landline with RCD.
12v lights throughout protected by fuses.
2 x 12v, 45/95 amp/hr engine driven alternators.
1 x 12v, engine start battery.

The exterior has been given a full repaint by the owner during 2019 and 2020. The boat was last docked for blacking in September 2018. The hull is protected by 8 anodes ( 4 of which were added in 2018) and a galvanic isolator.

The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owner.
