All That Jazz is a lovely spacious narrowboat with 2+2 berth accommodation by Malcolm Dewhurst. She has been thoughtfully fitted out making good use of reclaimed materials with painted panels and has been well maintained. The boat was last out of the water for blacking in August 2022 when the exterior was also repainted by the current owners. The Boat Safety Certificate is valid until November 2026. Background
Stylish 10/6/4mm steelwork with side doors and a trad stern by Malcolm Dewhurst. Beautiful fit-out using reclaimed wood by Malcolm Dewhurst and subsequent owners in painted T&G to the ceilings, painted ply to the cabin sides and painted T&G to the hull sides offering comfortable 22 berth accommodation to a traditional lay-out. Powered by a 1959 Mercedes OM636 diesel engine with 2 alternators and gearbox.
From the Bow
From the bow which holds the gas locker, there is an open 4 self draining well deck with a seat to the starboard side. The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The twin LED headlamps are mounted on the front bulkhead.
Generic Fixtures and Fittings
The ceilings and hull sides are lined with painted T&G with painted solid wood trims. The cabin sides are lined with painted plywood panels trimmed with painted solid wood. There are curtains or blinds to all windows. Flooring is reclaimed solid oak planking throughout, apart from the bathroom which has laminate tiles.

Controls: The single lever engine control is on the port side just inside the stern doors.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a 1959 Mercedes OM636, 4 cylinder diesel engine and gearbox with 2: 1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck.
The engine powers twin 12v alternators to charge the start battery and the 3 leisure batteries.
WATER
The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch is located adjacent to the tank. Water is heated by the Morco gas fired instant water heater.
HEATING
Heating is provided by the Morso solid fuel stove with back boiler in the saloon running one radiator and gravity fed copper pipes. 1 x electric panel heater in the saloon.

240v circuit from landline with RCD.
12v lights throughout protected by fuses.
2 x 12v, engine driven alternators.
