Georgina II is a lovely 39ft, narrowboat, built by GT Boatbuilders in the 1980s that would suit a buyer looking for a project to make their mark on and has been priced to reflect this. A recent survey has identified that she will need over plating to the hull sides. She has benefitted from a series of cosmetic improvements to the interior by the current and previous owners. From the Bow
From the bow which holds the gas locker, there is a 3 10 self draining well deck. There is a metal cratch frame with a vinyl cover. The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on a mast at the bow.
Generic Fixtures and Fittings
The ceilings, cabin sides and hull sides are lined with painted pine T & G with painted pine trims. There are curtains or blinds to all windows. Flooring throughout is wood effect laminate.
Saloon 8ft 5in
Wooden ⅔ glazed front doors open out onto the front deck with a steps down into the cosy saloon. Space to add a two-seat sofa bed to allow for two additional berths.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Mitsubishi 3-cylinder diesel engine with a Hurth HBW 100-2R gearbox with 2: 1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck.
The engine powers a 12v alternator to charge the start battery and the leisure battery.
WATER
The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with surface mounted filler. Water pump with pressure switch is located adjacent to the tank. Water is heated by the engine heat exchanger.
HEATING
Heating is provided by the solid fuel stove in the saloon.

240v circuit from landline with RCD.
12v lights throughout protected by fuses.
