Background

51′ 8″ Trad style narrow boat. Quality 10/6/5/4mm steelwork with side doors and a trad stern. There is a cratch and cover to the front with stained glass window. Powered by a Isuzu 35hp marine diesel engine with a Newage PRM 120 D2 gearbox. High quality professional fit-out in light oak offering comfortable 2 berth accommodation to a traditional lay-out.

From the Bow

From the bow which holds the gas locker, there is a 3′ 9″ self draining well deck with a hardwood cratch frame which has a stained glass window to the front and a vinyl cover with clear panels. There are locker seats to either side of the well deck and a drop leaf table to the front. The stainless steel water tank is located below the well deck with a surface mounted filler

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings, cabin sides and hull sides are lined with light oak faced plywood trimmed with solid oak. All interior wood has been varnished. There are curtains or blinds to all windows. Flooring throughout is solid oak planking except in the saloon which has carpet.

Saloon 12′ 3″

Hardwood, 2/3 glazed front doors open out onto the front deck with a box step down into the spacious open plan saloon. There is ample room for the furniture of your choice.

Fixed Furniture: 2 x low level corner cabinets.

Heating: Kabola diesel fired stove set on a tiled hearth and surround. 1 x central heating radiator.

Lighting: 2 x windows with top hopper opening vents. 2 x 12v, LED ceiling lights. 4 x 12v, LED wall lights.

Galley 10′ 6″

The walk through galley has custom built units in oak. Worktops are granite effect laminate edged with oak.

The 545 litre stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch and accumulator is under bathroom sink. Twin coil calorifier heated by the engine heat exchanger and/or the Eberspacher diesel fired central heating boiler.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the Kabola diesel fired stove in the saloon and the Eberspacher diesel fired central heating boiler running 3 radiators.

240v circuit from landline with RCD.
12v lights throughout protected by fuses.
2 x 12v, 70 amp/hr engine driven alternators.
1 x 12v, 135 amp/hr engine start battery.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was professionally when built and is in good condition. The boat was last docked for blacking in October 2013 and is protected by 4 anodes.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owner.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Isuzu, 35hp 4 cylinder marine diesel engine with a Newage PRM D2 gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers twin 12v alternators to charge the start battery and the 3 leisure batteries.
