From the Bow

From the bow which has a storage locker, there is a 4′ 2″ self draining well deck with glazed wooden cratch frame which has a zipped and studded vinyl cover with clear panels. The steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the front of the cratchboard.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings and cabin sides are lined with Pine tongue and groove which has been varnished to a gloss finish. The hull sides are lined in Pine tongue and groove which has been painted cream. There are curtains or blinds to all windows.

Saloon 11′ 7″

Hardwood, half glazed front doors, open out onto the front deck with steps down into the saloon.

The walk through galley has custom built units with cream door fronts. Worktops are high gloss Granite effect melamine with a ceramic tiled splash-back.

A wooden, stable style rear door leads onto the cruiser deck and steering position where there are access panels to the engine, calorifier and batteries. There is a steel gas locker/seat to the port side of the cruiser deck.

Controls: The column mounted single lever engine control is on the port side.

Flooring: Marine ply boards with anti-slip deck tread.

Steelwork by Hallmark. Refurbished by the previous and current owners, fit-out in Pine tongue and groove.

Jablite foam and Rockwool forms the insulation behind the cabin linings.

The 145 gallon steel water tank is located under the front well deck. Water pump with pressure switch is located adjacent to the tank. The twin coil calorifier is heated by the diesel fired central heating boiler and/or the engine heat exchanger.

Heating is provided by the Webasto diesel fired boiler running 2 radiators. There is also a new solid fuel stove in the saloon.

12v lights throughout protected by fuses.
1 x 12v, 90 amp/hr engine driven alternator.
1 x 12v, 105 amp/hr engine start battery.
2 x 12v, leisure batteries.
Sterling 1500w pure sine wave inverter.

The boat comes equipped with the normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owners.

The boat is powered by a Sole Mitsubishi 31hp, 4 cylinder water cooled, marine diesel engine, coupled to a Sole Mitsubishi gearbox with 2.25:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out under the side deck. The engine powers an alternator to charge the start battery and the 2 leisure batteries.

The exterior was repainted using quality coach enamels in May 2007. The boat was last docked for blacking in July 2015. The hull is protected by black bitumen, 4 sacrificial anodes and a galvanic isolator.

2 x 13kg Propane cylinders with manual change-over, housed in the stern lockers, provide gas to the cooker.
