From the bow which holds the gas locker, there is a 3’ 9” self draining well deck with steel locker seats to either side. There is a wooden cratch frame with windows to the front and a zipped and studded vinyl cover with clear panels. The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler.
The ceilings are lined with teal tongue & groove. The cabin sides are lined with teak faced plywood trimmed with solid teak. Hull sides are lined with plywood covered in carpet. All interior wood has been varnished. There are curtains or blinds to all windows. Flooring is ceramic tile with carpet over in the saloon, laminate to the galley and bathroom and carpet in the bedroom.
Steel, half glazed front doors, wood lined internally open out onto the front deck with storage steps down into the saloon.

The cabin shower room has full height ceramic tiling and a white suite comprising:
Suite: Fully tiled shower enclosure with a thermostatic mixer shower and a glazed bi-folding door. Corner vanity unit with inset wash basin, chrome taps and a cupboard beneath. Thetford cassette toilet with two spare cassettes. There is also plumbing and a tank in place for a pump out toilet (the toilet would just need re-connecting). Full height storage beside the shower.

A wooden rear door with sliding roof hatch leads to the semi-trad deck where the engine is housed under the lift up floor panels. There are steel locker/seats to either side of the semi-trad deck. Wooden stern doors lead to the rear deck and steering position.

Controls: The single lever engine control is just inside the stern doors on the port side. Control panel is located just inside the rear door.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Vetus 33hp, 4 cylinder, marine diesel engine coupled to a Technodrive TMC60 hydraulic gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers a 12v alternator to charge the start battery and the 3 leisure batteries.
The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch is located adjacent to the tank. Twin coil calorifier is heated by the 240v emersion heater and/or the engine heat exchanger. (Plumbing in place for an Alde gas fired boiler).
Heating is provided by the Aarow solid fuel stove in the saloon. Two radiators are plumbed in for use with a boiler at a future date.

12v lights throughout protected by fuses.

Complete exterior repaint by Coach Craft Boat Refinishers in November 2015. The boat was last docked for blacking in November 2015. The hull is protected by 4 anodes and a galvanic isolator.

The boat comes equipped with the normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owners.
