La Boheme is a well appointed 7ft 8in cruiser stern wide beam that has been updated by the current owner. She was fully repainted in 2013, the cream panels to the cabin sides were repainted again in 2015 by Carl Latham of Coach Craft. 50ft x 7′ 8″ Cruiser stern narrow boat. Quality steelwork with a cruiser stern, front cratch with vinyl cover and a rear all weather cruising canopy by D and A Marine. Stylish modern fit out (largely updated by the current owner) with painted marine ply and painted solid oak trims offering 4 berth accommodation to a reverse lay-out. Powered by a Lister Petter, 4 cylinder diesel engine with PRM 150 D2 hydraulic gearbox. BSSC to March 2022.

From the Bow

From the bow there is a 4′ 2″ self draining well deck. There is a wooden cratch frame with windows to the front and a vinyl cover with clear panels. The integral steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings, cabin sides and hull sides are lined with painted marine plywood and painted solid oak trims. There are blinds to all windows. Flooring throughout is wood effect vinyl.

Bedroom 9′ 9″

Wooden front doors open out onto the front deck with steps down into the bedroom.

Furniture: Space for a double bed. 2 x full height wardrobes, one with full length mirror to the door.

The boat was professionally repainted in 2013, the cream panels to the cabin sides were repainted again in 2015 by Carl Latham of Coach Craft. The boat was docked for blacking in 2016. The hull is protected by 4 anodes and a galvanic isolator.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owner.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Lister Petter, 4 cylinder, marine diesel engine coupled to a Newage PRM 150 D2 gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers twin 12v alternators to charge the start battery and the 2 leisure batteries.
