Natasha is a truly stunning live-aboard spec Steve Hudson narrowboat. She is a two-owner boat that has been very well maintained. The boat was professionally repainted in 2019 and is in pristine condition, she was also blacked and had 4 new anodes (+ 4 original ones) at the same time. Viewing is highly recommended. Background

62ft Trad stern narrow boat. Stylish 15/6/5/4 mm steelwork by S.M. Hudson with Josher bow, recessed panels, rivet detail, two sets of side doors and a trad stern. Outstanding fit-out by S.M. Hudson in light American oak faced play with solid oak trims offering luxurious 4 berth accommodation to a traditional lay-out. Powered by a Beta Marine 43hp, 4 cylinder diesel engine with 2 alternators and a Newage PRM 150 D2 hydraulic gearbox. BSSC to October 2021.

From the Bow

From the bow which holds the gas locker, there is a 4′7″ open self draining well deck. The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The brass headlamp is mounted on a mast at the bow.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings, cabin sides and hull sides are lined with American light oak faced plywood trimmed with solid American light oak. All interior wood has been varnished. Flooring throughout is solid oak planking except in the galley and shower room which have vinyl flooring and the bedroom which has carpet.

Saloon 12′ 3″

Steel front doors, wood lined internally with traditionally painted panels open out onto the front deck with steps down into the open plan saloon which has space for the furniture of your choice.

Fixed Furniture: 1 x half height corner cupboard. 1 x under gunwale cabinet with glazed doors. 1 x bookcase. 1 x wall mounted corner cabinet.

Heating: Morso solid fuel stove set on a tiled hearth and surround. 1 x central heating radiator with display shelf above.

Steel rear doors, wood lined internally with traditionally painted panels and a sliding roof hatch lead from the trad area to the the rear deck and steering position.

Controls: The single lever engine control is just inside the rear doors on the port side.

The 145 gallon stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch and accummulator is located adjacent to the tank. Twin coil calorifier is heated by the Webasto diesel fired boiler, 240v emersion and/or the engine heat exchanger.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the Morso solid fuel stove in the saloon and the Webasto diesel fired central heating boiler running 4 radiators.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was professionally repainted by Trent Valley Marine in June 2019. The boat was last docked for blacking in June 2019 when 4 new anodes were added to the original 4 anodes. The hull is protected by a galvanic isolator.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS OF INVENTORY
The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owner.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Beta Marine 43hp, 4 cylinder, marine diesel engine coupled to a Newage PRM 150 D2 hydraulic gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers twin 12v alternators to charge the start battery and the 4 leisure batteries.
