New Marbury Cruiser style narrow boat available from 50ft to 64ft long (Example shown is a 50ft boat, other stern types are also available as well). Quality steelwork with side doors by The Northwich Boat Company. A beautiful modern reverse layout, fitted out in light oak and offering 2 berth accommodation (extendable to 4 berths with the addition of the optional dinette, or 6 berths for the 64ft two bedroom version). Powered by a 38hp (50ft or 57ft) or 42hp (64ft) Canaline Marine diesel engine. From the Bow

From the bow which has a steel gas locker there is a 4ft open self draining well deck. The water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings, cabin sides and hull sides are lined in oak faced ply and trimmed with solid oak (painted panels are an optional extra). All the interior wood has been varnished to a satin finish. Flooring throughout is carpet except to the bathroom and galley which have vinyl (Laminate or solid wood flooring are optional extras).

Bedroom 10′ 8″

Steel front doors, 1/2 glazed and oak panelled internally, open out onto the front deck with steps leading down into the bedroom.

Furniture: 6’ 3” x 4‘ fixed double bed (optional pull-out extension available to make the bed 4’ 6” wide). 1 x over-bed book shelf. 1 x full height wardrobe. 1 x

Heating: 1 x central heating radiator.

Bathroom 6′ 6″

Cabin bathroom shown, an optional walk-through bathroom can also be specified at no extra cost.

Suite: Large shower enclosure with thermostatic shower and glazed doors. Corner vanity unit with inset porcelain wash basin, chrome mixer tap and a cupboard beneath. Cassette toilet (a pump out toilet is an optional extra). Large wall mounted mirror.

Heating: 1 x towel rail radiator. Lighting: 1 x Worcester ‘S’ type porthole with privacy glass and a further porthole in the corridor. 3 x 12v recessed down-lights. 1 x 12v light in the shower. 1 x 12v extractor light.

Fixed Furniture:. TV unit with aerial/satellite point and cupboards.

Optional ‘L’ shaped or Pullman dinette (not shown) with sloping backs for added comfort and high quality padded and upholstered cushions. Oak table top with folding legs. The dinette converts into a double bed and has storage space beneath the seats.

Heating: Cast iron solid fuel stove set on a raised hearth and ceramic tiled hearth surround.

The galley has custom built units with oak door and drawer fronts. The worktops are laminate with a laminate splash-backs.

Base Units: 2 x large cupboards that extend into the corners. 1 x single cupboard. 1 x 4 drawer unit. Fridge housing. Cooker space. Storage beneath rear steps.

Wall Units: 1 x locker style wall cupboard with corner shelf. Electrics cupboard.

Appliances: Slot in gas cooker with separate oven and grill and a glass lid/splash-back. Stainless steel inset sink and drainer with and chrome monobloc mixer tap.

Lighting: 2 x Worcester ‘S’ type windows with removable glass. 4 x 12v recessed down-lights.

Cruiser deck & Stern 7′ 6″

Steel rear doors, oak panelled internally with sliding roof hatch, lead from the galley to the cruiser deck where the engine and batteries are housed under the floor panels. There are steel gas locker/seats to either side of the rear doors.

Special Features: Steel Taff rail with hardwood seat.

Controls: The column mounted single lever engine control is on the port side. The control panel is mounted just inside the rear doors on the port side.

Flooring: Marine ply panels covered with anti-slip deck tread.

110 gallon water tank located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch and accumulator is located adjacent to the tank. Twin coil calorifier heated by the engine heat exchanger and/or the diesel fired central heating boiler.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the solid fuel stove in the lounge and the Webasto diesel fired central heating boiler running 2 radiators and a heated towel rail.

240v circuit from landline with RCD.
12v lights throughout protected by fuses.
2 x 12v, 45/95 amp/hr engine driven alternators.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat will be painted in quality coach enamels with hull protected by comastic blacking and 4 anodes.

The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Canaline, 38 hp, 4 cylinder, marine diesel engine coupled to a PRM gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers two 12v alternators to charge the start battery and the 3 leisure batteries.
