From the Bow

From the bow which holds the gas locker, there is a 4′ 1″ self draining well deck (optional hardwood cratch frame shown with glazed windows to the front and a zipped and studded cover). There are steel locker/seats with Hexiboard tops to either side of the well deck. The water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceilings, cabin sides and hull sides are lined with oak faced ply and trimmed with solid oak. All the interior wood has been varnished to a satin finish. Flooring throughout is carpet except to the bathroom and galley which have vinyl.

Saloon 10′ 8″

Steel, half glazed front doors, oak panelled internally open out onto the front deck with storage steps down into the saloon. The open plan saloon has plenty of space for loose furniture of your choice.

Fixed Furniture: 2 x full height storage cupboards either side of the front doors. 1 x half height corner cabinet (optional stereo radio/cd player shown). 1 x bookcase.

Heating: Cast iron solid fuel stove set on a raised hearth with a ceramic tiled surround.

Lighting: 2 x Worcester ā€˜Sā€™ type windows with fully removable glass. 5 x 12v recessed down-lights (not shown).

Power: 2 x 240v sockets.

Optional Dinette 6′ 3″

Raised Pullman dinette with padded bench style seats, upholstered in a choice of hardwearing quality material. Oak table top with folding leg. The dinette converts into a double bed and has storage space beneath the seats.

Note: An ‘L-shaped’ dinette is also available

Other Features: Optional pull out 12v fridge drawer beneath the dinette seat.

Lighting: 2 x Worcester ‘S’ type windows with fully removable glass. 2 x 12v recessed down-lights. 2 x 12 v wall lights.

Galley 7′ 6″

The galley has custom built units with oak panelled door and drawer fronts. Worktops are laminate edged in oak with a ceramic tile splash-back.

Base units: 1 x large cupboard beneath the sink that extends into both corners and has drawers above. Fridge housing with matching door. Cooker space.

Wall Cupboards: 1 x glazed cupboard. 1 x locker style cupboard. 1 x small cupboard.

Appliances: Slot in gas cooker with separate oven and grill and a glazed lid/splash-back. Stainless steel, inset sink and drainer with chrome monobloc tap.

Lighting: 1 x Worcester ‘S’ type window with fully removable glass. 1 x set of steel side doors, oak panelled internally. 4 x 12v recessed down-lights (not shown).

Shower Room 6′ x 4′

Suite: Laminate lined shower enclosure with chrome shower and glazed doors. Corner vanity unit with large porcelain wash basin, chrome monobloc tap and a cupboard beneath. Cassette toilet (optional mascerator pump-out toilet shown).

Trad Stern (Other stern types available)

Steps lead from the bedroom to the aft area where there are access panels to the engine and batteries. This area houses the electrical cupboard and has storage cupboards to both sides. Steel rear doors oak lined internally with sliding roof hatch lead onto the Trad deck and steering position.

Controls: The control panel and the single lever engine control are just inside the rear doors on the port side.

110 gallon water tank is located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch and accumulator is located in the front wardrobe. Twin coil calorifier is heated by the engine heat exchanger and/or the diesel fired central heating boiler.

Heating is provided by the solid fuel stove in the lounge and the Webasto diesel fired central heating boiler running 3 radiators and a heated towel rail.

The boat was painted when built using quality coach enamels. The hull is protected by comastic blacking and 4 anodes.

The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders

The boat is powered by a Canaline Marine 38 hp, 4 cylinder, diesel engine coupled to a PRM hydraulic gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers twin 12v alternators to charge the starter battery and the 3 leisure batteries.
