Background

Quality steelwork by J L Pinder with side doors and a semi-trad stern, originally built for Black Prince for use as a hire boat. Fitted-out by J L Pinder for Black Prince and partially refitted by the current owner in pine T&G offering 2 berth accommodation. Powered by a Kubota D1402, 3-cylinder marine diesel engine with Newage PRM Delta 30 gearbox.

From the Bow

From the bow which holds a storage locker, there is a 3 6 self draining well deck. There is a cratch frame with window to the front. There are locker/seats to either side of the well deck. The integral steel water tank is beneath the well deck with surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the front bulkhead.

Generic Fixtures and Fittings

The ceilings are lined with vinyl faced plywood panels trimmed with mahogany. Cabin sides and hull sides are lined with solid pine T & G with painted wooden trims. There are curtains or blinds to all windows. Flooring is wood effect vinyl tiles throughout.

Galley 6ft 0in

The shower room has a white suite comprising:

Suite: Pedastal wash basin with chrome mixer tap. Corner shower tray with mixer shower and a glazed folding shower screen. Microphor pump-out toilet.

Lighting: 1 x window with top opening and privacy glass. 2 x 12v, LED wall lights.

Power: Shaver point.

Corridor Lighting: 1 x set of steel side doors, wood lined internally with roof hatch and side steps. 1 x 12v, ceiling light.

Steps lead from the bedroom to the semi-trad deck where the engine is housed under the floor panels. There are steel locker/seats to either side of the semi-trad deck. Steel stern doors lead to the rear deck and steering position.

Controls: The single lever engine control is on the port side just inside the stern doors.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Kubota D1402 3-cylinder marine diesel engine with Newage PRM Delta 30 gearbox with 2: 1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck.
The engine powers a 12v alternator to charge the start battery and the leisure battery.

WATER
The integral steel water tank is located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch is located adjacent to the tank. Water is heated by the 240v immersion heater and/or the engine heat exchanger.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the Bubble diesel fired stove in the saloon.

ELECTRICS
240v circuit from landline with RCD.
12v lights throughout protected by fuses.
1 x 12v, engine driven alternator.
1 x 12v, engine start battery.
1 x 12v, deep cycle leisure battery.

GAS
2 x 13kg Propane cylinders housed in the stern locker, provide gas to the oven, grill and hob.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat repainted in August 2022 by the owner. The boat was last docked for blacking in August 2022. The hull is protected by 4 anodes.

The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owner.
