Good quality fit-out by the first owner that has been updated by the current in painted marine grade ply with painted solid wood trims offering 22 berth accommodation to a traditional lay-out. Powered by an Isuzu 35hp, 4-cylinder diesel engine with PRM 120 D2 gearbox.

From the Bow

From the bow which holds the gas locker, there is a 33 open self draining well deck. The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the roof.

Generic Fixtures and Fittings

The ceilings, cabin sides and hull sides are lined with painted marine ply panels trimmed with solid wood trims. All interior wood has been painted. There are blinds or curtains to all windows. Vinyl flooring throughout except in the bedroom which has laminate flooring.

Wooden front doors glazed open out onto the front deck with storage steps down into the saloon.

Steel rear doors and sliding roof hatch, wood lined internally lead to the rear deck and steering position.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by an Isuzu 35hp, 4-cylinder, marine diesel engine coupled to a PRM 120 D2 hydraulic gearbox with 2: 1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck.
The engine powers twin 12v alternators to charge the start battery and the 4 leisure batteries.

WATER
The 110 gallon water tank is located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch is located adjacent to the tank. Twin coil calorifier is heated by the Webasto diesel fired boiler, 240v immersion and/or the engine heat exchanger.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the solid fuel stove in the saloon and the Webasto diesel boiler running 2 radiators.

ELECTRICS
240v circuit from landline with RCD.
12v lights throughout protected by fuses.
2 x 12v, engine driven alternators.
1 x 12v, engine start battery.
4 x 12v, Trojan deep cycle leisure batteries.

EXTERIOR FINISH
The boat was professionally painted when built. The boat was last docked for blacking in June 2023. The hull is protected by 4 anodes and a galvanic isolator.

The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including a full set of ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owner.

RCD DOCUMENTATION
An RCD Annex III has been issued for a partly completed craft. No further documentation was present when the boat was inspected.
