Background

Quality 10/6/4mm steelwork by Tim Tyler with semi-trad stern. There are tonneau covers to the front deck and rear semi-trad deck (both new in 2022).High quality professional fit-out by Braidbar in oak faced ply& oak reed and bead with solid oak trims offering up to 8 berth accommodation to a three bedroom lay-out. Powered by a Beta Marine 43hp, 4 cylinder engine with PRM 150 D2 hydraulic gearbox. Lewmar hydraulic bow thruster with controls at the stern.

From the Bow

From the bow which holds the gas locker, there is a 4 8 open self draining well deck. There are locker seats to either side of the well deck. The stainless steel water tank is beneath the well deck with surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the front bulkhead.

Generic Fixtures and Fittings

The ceilings and hull sides are lined with light oak faced ply with solid light oak trims. The cabin sides are lined with solid oak T & G with solid light oak trims. All interior wood has been varnished. There are curtains or blinds to all windows. The flooring throughout is carpet apart from the bathroom which has vinyl flooring.

Saloon 7ft 10in

Steel front doors, ⅔ glazed and wood lined internally open out onto the front deck with storage steps down into the saloon.

Fixed Furniture: 2 x fixed settees with storage below. The settees convert into a double berth. 1 x half height cupboard with built in Kenwood CD/radio player.

Loose Furniture: 2 x oak table tops with desmo legs.

Steel rear doors, wood panelled internally with sliding roof hatch lead to the semi-trad deck where the engine is housed under the lift up floor panels. There are steel locker/seats to either side of the semi-trad deck. Steel stern doors, wood lined internally lead to the rear deck and steering position with Taff seats.

Controls: The single lever engine control is on the port side just inside the stern doors.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Beta Marine 43hp, 4 cylinder, marine diesel engine coupled to a PRM 150 D2 hydraulic gearbox with 2: 1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck.
The engine powers a 12v alternator to charge the start battery and the 4 leisure batteries.

BOW-THRUSTER
Lewmar hydraulic bow thruster with controls at the stern.

WATER
The 545 litre stainless steel water tank is located beneath the well deck. Water pump with pressure switch is located adjacent to the tank. Twin coil calorifier is heated by the Webasto diesel fired boiler and/or the engine heat exchanger.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the Webasto diesel fired boiler running 6 radiators.

240v circuit from landline with RCD.
12v lights throughout protected by fuses.
1 x 12v, engine driven alternator.
1 x 12v, 120 amp/hr engine start battery.
4 x 12v, 110amp/hr deep cycle leisure batteries.
