From the Bow

From the bow which holds the steel storage locker, there is a 3′ 7″ open self draining well deck. The water tank is located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the front bulkhead.

Generic fixtures and fittings

The ceiling, and cabin sides sides are lined with cream painted plywood and hull sides with light oak faced plywood and trimmed with solid light oak. All the interior wood has been varnished to a gloss finish. There are curtains or Roman blinds to all windows. Carpet in all areas except wood effect laminate flooring to the galley and bathroom.

Bedroom 10′ 3″

Steel, ½ glazed front doors, oak panelled internally open out onto the front deck with storage steps down into the bedroom.

Appliances: Thetford inset four burner gas hob. Thetford Midi Prima Mk III built in gas oven and grill. 12v, fridge with icebox. Stainless steel, inset sink and drainer with chrome monobloc tap. Shoreline 12v fridge with separate freezer compartment.

Semi-trad deck & Stern 7′ 4″

Steel rear doors oak panelled internally with sliding roof hatch lead onto the semi-trad deck and steering position. There are lift up access panels to the engine and batteries. Gas lockers to either side of the rear doors.

Controls: The column mounted single lever engine control is on the port side.

Heating is provided by the Valour solid fuel stove in the saloon and the Webasto diesel fired boiler running 3 radiators.

The boat has been professionally painted using quality coach enamels. The hull is protected by black bitumen and 4 anodes.

The boat comes equipped with a normal cruising inventory including ropes and fenders. Any additional items not listed must be negotiated separately with the owners.

The boat is powered by a 42hp Canaline, 4 cylinder, water cooled, marine diesel engine coupled to a PRM 150 D2 gearbox with 2:1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck. The engine powers twin 12v alternators to charge the start battery and 5 leisure batteries.

Space for 2 Propane cylinders on rear deck to provide gas to the oven, grill and hob. (Cylinders not supplied)
