From the Bow

From the bow which holds the gas locker, there is a 610 tug deck. The stainless steel water tank is located beneath the tug deck with a surface mounted filler. There is a solid brass klaxon horn on a fore post along with the headlight.

The ceilings are lined with painted solid ash tongue & groove trimmed with solid oak. The cabin sides and hull sides are lined with painted panels trimmed with solid oak. All interior wood has either been varnished or painted. There are blinds or curtains to all windows. The flooring is laid with solid oak planking over Hexa board throughout apart from galley which has ceramic floor tiles.

Steel front doors, wood lined internally open out onto the front deck with steps down into the saloon. The lift up steps allow access to an under-deck storage area housing a 12v Boo freezer

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Canaline 42hp, 4-cylinder, marine diesel engine coupled to a Newage PRM 150 D2 hydraulic gearbox and a Python drive anti-vibration coupling system with 2: 1 reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents out from under the side deck.
The engine powers twin 12v alternators to charge the start battery and the 4 leisure batteries.

WATER
The 700 litre stainless steel water tank is located beneath the tug deck. Water pump with pressure switch is located adjacent to the tank. Twin coil calorifier is heated by the Alde gas fired boiler, Morso back boiler and/or the engine heat exchanger.

HEATING
Heating is provided by the Morso diesel fired stove and the Alde gas fired boiler running 3 radiators.
